- For complex projects requiring extended setup time, please reserve appropriate dates in the system and notify us at shanghai.rits@nyu.edu in advance.
- All users must check in with their NYU ID within the first 15 minutes of their reserved time slot to maintain an efficient reservation process.
- NYU Shanghai Library reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation as needed for maintenance or emergency situations.
