Space Booking
Bookings for the XR Space must be made at least 12 hours in advance and can be made up to one week in advance. Custom reservation times are available upon request.

Guidelines
- Please refrain from consuming any food or beverages in the space.
- If you plan to utilize the space for more complex projects, please kindly reserve the appropriate dates in the system and notify us via email at shanghai.rits@nyu.edu
- To maintain an efficient reservation process, all individuals utilizing the space must check in with their NYU ID within the first 15 minutes of their reserved time slot.
- Please be advised that NYU Shanghai Library reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation.
